This Contemporary Drawing symposium will take place over two-days on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd of March at Hardwick Gallery, University of Gloucestershire. I will be working as re-searcher in residence throughout the symposium, recording and reflecting on themes and ideas discussed.
Devised and organised by artist, researcher and Fine Art MA course leader, Jack Southern, Drawing through Time and Image will explore a range of issues within contemporary drawing practice today. The visual work, thinking processes, influences and ideas of the invited artists and speakers will form vital reference points to the themes discussed over the two days.
